Rye Heritage Centre approached us in search of a new website. They challenged us to improve the online customer experience by making it possible for people to arrange visits through the website. They also wanted the website to function as a promotional tool for the museum.
Additionally, they were seeking a video to enhance the experience of their main attraction.
We provided Rye Heritage Centre with a new website that has streamlined the customer experience. The integration of the online booking system has made arranging a visit much more convenient. We also produced a series of video and photo content for the website; the visuals of smugglers, castles and historical streets spark curiosity and intrigue in the minds of potential visitors who visit the online space.
Additionally, we worked alongside local historians to produce a video that is now a part of the Rye Heritage museum experience.
Here you can experience the “Story of Rye”, a 15-minute sound and light show featuring the famous Rye Town Model to guide you through the cobbled streets and hidden passages of Rye and enjoy the splendour of our medieval town.
